Our number one priority is keeping you and us safe

We here at Audio One are taking this pandemic very seriously and our number one priority is the health and well being of our employees, clients, and all of you. Please be assured that we are following the guidelines set forth by the state of Virginia and the CDC to slow the spread of disease by taking the following actions:

• Regular Strict disinfection routines of the entire building
• Maintaining a 5 person limit to our showroom
• Following Social Distancing Guidelines of 6 feet or more
• Clients are being encouraged to drop vehicles off for service to be performed, avoiding waiting room
• Gloves and other protective measures will be taken with clients vehicles
• Appointments for service may also be scheduled via Telephone or Email: Sales@theaudioone.com

Governor Northam has ordered that all customers age 10 and older wear a mask when entering a public building. We are wearing our mask and ask that you wear yours. We also have paper/disposable mask at our stores.

If you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask, you do not need to wear one. If you are not wearing one, we will assume this is the case.

Due to HIPAA and The Fourth Amendment, we will not ask you about your condition.
